Harry was a great sales person. We spoke initially over the phone, he gave me some details and then we secured a time to visit the car.
Very professional - no pushy tactics, he let the car do the talking. He walked me around the car and we discussed finance options as well as the 3rd party warranty. I was financing through the bank, which was not an issue and then we took a test drive. The car was immaculately presented and once we shook on a deal, the car was booked for an MOT. I collected the car the following week. Very smooth process from start to finish.

Always difficult choosing the right car. BRM had a clear, concise description with plenty of pictures. Available by telephone to answer questions with no avoiding of answers. WhatsApp pictures of the service history and answered more questions and found the missing page on the history. View, test drove, chat and a coffee. No pressure to buy and I didn't feel rushed. I sat and looked over the paperwork again and gave the car a fair appraisal. Asked for a missing service to be carried out and this was priced and agreed. Collected the car yesterday with a 3 month warranty. There were probably 10 cars of the same make model year etc all within an hours drive of my home, 9 are still for sale as the attention to detail and old fashioned customer service is simply not there. I would therefore recommend BRM to others.
We've just bought an Audi A3 from Dan at BRM. We were left alone to browse and were given no hard sell at all. He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicle. When we collected the car he went through every switch in the car with us. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
